What to Pack
We encourage all guests to wear attire ranging from business casual to business to maintain a professional atmosphere at our event. In May, Albuquerque experiences warm temperatures, with average highs around 88°F (31°C) and lows around 56°F (13°C). Due to the city’s higher elevation, it’s important to stay hydrated, so please remember to drink plenty of water throughout your visit. Additionally, don’t forget to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun’s rays, which can be stronger at higher altitudes. Dress in layers to stay comfortable, as the weather can vary throughout the day, especially in the evenings.

Where to Join Us
Steve Schiff Auditorium
The Supplier Fair will take place at the Steve Schiff Auditorium, located on Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB). This venue features a spacious lobby and outdoor areas, accommodating hundreds of Sandians throughout the event. The lobby will serve as the central hub for vendor tables, with table space available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition to the vendor area, there will be designated spaces for breakout sessions and presentations, providing opportunities for engaging discussions and networking. The outdoor space will be utilized for additional activities, so please be prepared for warm weather and remember to apply sunscreen.
Food trucks will be available on-site, offering a variety of dining options for attendees. Please note that access to the event will require coordination with your JIT team for entry through KAFB.
