Mr. Davies previously served as the CEO of Base Technologies, a $50M, 250-person IT engineering firm. He sold Base Technologies to CA Technologies in 2011 and then ran CA’s public sector services and software business until 2014.
Mr. Davies joined ViON Corporation, a leading provider of managed services to the Federal Government, and served as ViON’s Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, ViON sold their As-A-Service business to Peraton. As part of that transaction Mr. Davies joined Peraton in a strategy role and then moved into his current role in mid-2023.
Today, Peraton has a portfolio of managed service programs totaling nearly $7B and driving about $400M/year in revenue. Peraton provides Federal customers a managed service inclusive of the hardware, software, and people, enabling customers to operate a dynamic, responsive, and integrated enterprise IT environment.
Mr. Davies earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan, and his Master of Arts in International Economics and Law from the American University. He is ITIL v3 Foundation certified, a PMP, Agile Scrum Master, and holds a Top-Secret clearance.
