Rich DeGraff became president of Mechanical Systems and Components for Honeywell in December 2023.
Mr. DeGraff returned to Honeywell after three years at Salesforce, where he was responsible for retention and profitable growth of multibillion-dollar units in senior vice president roles for customer success.
Prior to that, he enjoyed a 16-year management career at Honeywell with leadership roles in operations, integrated supply chain, marketing and product management, customer and product support and more. Mr. DeGraff led for five years in Honeywell vice president roles, including customer segment vice president general manager, where he was responsible for sales, program management and commercial excellence for a $1 billion business segment.
He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Arizona State University.
