Chris Ramey is the Chief Security Officer for Honeywell Aerospace, responsible for the company’s physical security, cyber security, product security, and compliance functions. He leads a global, integrated security organization charged with protecting Honeywell Aerospace’s people, facilities, products, data, and missions across highly regulated commercial and government environments.
Chris brings deep technical expertise and extensive experience leading global security teams. Since 2007, he has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility within Honeywell’s security organization. Prior to his current role, Chris served as Chief Information Security Officer of Honeywell, where he led enterprise efforts to safeguard against, detect, and respond to security incidents across IT, OT, and online services environments. In that capacity, he established a risk driven, business aligned security program that strengthened cyber defense, operational resilience, and security architecture across the enterprise.
As CSO, Chris has expanded this foundation to deliver end to end security oversight, integrating cyber, physical, product, and compliance disciplines into a unified operating model. His organization partners closely with engineering, IT, supply chain, legal, risk management, and government customers to embed security early, reduce enterprise risk, and enable trusted innovation while meeting stringent regulatory, contractual, and national security requirements.
Chris is known for balancing strong security outcomes with business enablement, emphasizing early risk identification, resilience, and scalable security architecture. His leadership ensures Honeywell Aerospace can operate securely and confidently in the world’s most demanding operational and regulatory environments.
