You are invited to compete in the high school (9th-12th grades) or middle school (6th-8th grades) 2018 Regional Science Bowl competitions scheduled for New Mexico.
The Science Bowl is a Jeopardy-like event for high school and middle school students who have a strong interest and academic ability in mathematics and science. The Science Bowl competition is in the form of a round robin in the morning and double elimination after lunch. Teams consist of four students and one optional alternative team member. The National Science Bowl rules, brochure, information, resources, including sample questions, forms for coaches, students, etc., are located online.

Process for Regional Competition | |
Our regional competition is limited to 40 teams and since each school can enter up to three teams, the slots will fill up quickly. Registering is a two step process. Step 1: Coaches need to register their team(s) on the Sandia National Laboratories Science Bowl registration site. Step 2: Coaches also need to register their team(s) on the DOE website.
