IDC Re-Engineering Phase 3 Budgetary Cost Estimate Summary (Leveraged NDC Case)
Sandia National Laboratories has prepared a budgetary cost estimate for planning for the IDC Re-engineering Phase 3 effort, based on leveraging a fully funded, Sandia executed NDC Modernization project.
