We encourage all guests to wear business casual attire to maintain a professional atmosphere at our event. In May, Livermore experiences warm temperatures, with average highs around 83°F (28°C) and lows around 50°F (10°C). As the weather can be quite sunny, it’s important to stay hydrated, so please remember to drink plenty of water throughout your visit. Additionally, don’t forget to wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun’s rays. Dress comfortably, as the weather can vary throughout the day, especially in the evenings.

Where to Join Us
General Access Area – Open Space
The Supplier Fair will take place in the General Access Area (GAA) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories. This outdoor venue provides a welcoming space for suppliers and customers to gather and engage throughout the event. We encourage suppliers to bring tents for shade and comfort, as the event will be held outside.
The GAA will feature vendor tables, with space available on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition to the vendor area, there will be designated spaces for breakout sessions and presentations, offering opportunities for meaningful discussions and networking.
As the event will be outdoors, please be prepared for warm weather and remember to apply sunscreen. Food trucks will be available on-site, providing a variety of dining options for attendees.
