These articles cover nearly the entire breadth of day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, leave and benefits. Efficient, two-way dialogue on these issues, which include economic topics, will be paramount to maximize time for negotiating wages and the possibility of a ratification bonus. The final week of scheduled negotiations is set to begin Tuesday, Sept. 14. Sandia welcomes OPEIU to engage in meaningful discussion at any time.
