Inclement weather delayed start time 9-10 a.m., at Sandia’s Albuquerque site

Due to inclement weather, onsite members of the workforce at Sandia’s Albuquerque, NM, location should report between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 8. Unless necessary and approved by your manager, do not come to work before 9 a.m. Check for schedule updates due to worsening weather conditions. Remember, weather and road conditions can vary by geographical location and can change rapidly.

Those who are scheduled or can telework should do so.

Follow any contingency plans previously developed for weather delays, including any telecommuting work arrangements made with your manager.

Time Charging:

  • Charge TRC-270 for any work time you missed due to the delay.
  • Do not use the inclement weather TRC-270 if you meet one of the following:
    • You were scheduled to be off.
    • You came to work and worked your normal schedule, as approved by your manager.
    • You have the ability to telework based on work arrangements made with your manager.

By contract, staff augmentation contract associates who are affected may not bill projects or tasks for hours not worked.
