Proposal Call

The PRF conducts a call for proposals on an annual basis. Each proposal is reviewed by external community members for scientific merit. The community members then provide a recommendation on whether to support the proposal or not to the facility scientists. The scientists then make a final determination on feasibility and then notify the proposal author(s) of the final decision.

Please submit proposals to: prf-snl@sandia.gov

Proposers are very strongly encouraged to contact facility PIs to discuss preparation of their proposal.

Sandia National Laboratories and Princeton Plasma Physics Labs have a set schedule for user proposal solicitation and review.

Please note that users may submit their proposals on similar topics, but with well distinguished scopes of work to both Princeton PCRF and Sandia PRF facilities. User PIs of such proposals are strongly encouraged to coordinate the proposed scopes of work with both facilities.
