2026 HMTech Volunteer Registration Form Roles For all roles please arrive 15 minutes prior to the designated time, except for Registration & Morning Setup Teaching Assistant – Assists the course instructor by helping students with the material, pass out papers, escorting students to restrooms, etc. Afternoon Pack-up – Assist with packing, loading, and storing HMTech items. Registration & Morning Setup – Help with on-site registration and classroom set-up. Help students check-in, find classrooms, and hand out registration materials. Food Distribution – Setup and handout snack and lunch for the students and volunteers. Monitor students during snack and lunch hour. Clean up snack and lunch area. Photographer/Film – Photograph or film classroom activities in the assigned class period(s) and assist in constructing culminating presentation. Security – Monitor the walkways around HMTech classrooms and provide directions to deter students or non-volunteers from entering unauthorized places during HMTech program and at the end-of-day as the students leave. Floater – Assist program coordinators with ad-hoc activities. Materials Coordination – Assist with preparing, packing, transport, and setup of HMTech materials. Exact meeting locations will be coordinated offline in follow-up emails.
