7th Annual XR Conference Registration

Please note, Sandia’s 7th Annual XR Conference will be hosted virtually. All virtual presentations will need to be pre-recorded and submitted by Monday July 1st 2025. Virtual presentations should be 10 minutes in length, with presenter(s) available afterwards for a short time to answer questions from the audience. Abstracts must be submitted no later than June 11th 2025 for consideration. Space is limited, so we encourage you to submit them as soon as possible. If you’d like to submit an abstract for the conference, you can do so here.
