Team Registration Process

Team Registration (Captains)

Team captains will register their team to play by following the instructions below.

Part 1 – Initial Team Registration

  1. Pay attention to the new player eligibility requirements in section II of the league rules to ensure you will be able to field a team.
    • If your team is short on players, contact Debra Blackerby (JCC Membership Director), Brianna Smith (JCC), and John Clark (SVBA Vice President), so that we can work with you to find team members that match your team’s skill level.
  2. Fill out the initial team registration form which will provide the JCC, SERP office, and SVBA officers with your initial team information and get your team added to the schedule.
  3. It may take several days to manually add your team to the league registration page of the JCC website. Once your team has been added and is ready for player registration please let you team know to register and pay.

Part 2 – Roster Submission

  1. Once all of the players on your team have been identified and your roster is solid, fill out the team roster form. The division, team name, and captain info provided on this form should match your initial team registration submission.
  2. Ensure your core six and any alternate players register with, and make payment to, the JCC by August 12th.
  3. Ensure any players requesting a SERP subsidy complete the SERP waiver on their website.
