Clearance Transfer Information
The JOGOG9: MaST & Infrastructure Workshops will be held on September 1st-3rd, 2026, at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Portions of the workshops are classified, and therefore, all participants will need to transfer clearances to attend the workshop.
**********If you are a Foreign National, UK visitors will need to contact their ILO office if they are at AWE, and their UK Embassy at any other facility. Cleared DOE Colleagues:
- If you possess a cleared DOE HSPD-12 credential, you can register online to enroll in the SNL access-control system (ACS) up to the expiration date displayed on your credential. DOE Colleagues can register at Access Sandia or OneNNSAccess. If you are having issues with the above applications, you will need to visit the SNL badge office in person to obtain site access. *In person registration requires a SNL administrator to create an Enterprise Person Relationship- Contact Sarah Yarbrough ASAP if this is required.
- If you are cleared but do not have a DOE HSPD-12 credential, you can visit the SNL badge office for a Local Site-Specific Only (LSSO) upon clearance verification nation.
Cleared Individuals from other Government Agencies:
- Request that your agency send your clearance via Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Sandia utilizes it for all incoming classified visits from the DoD. Clearances must be sent to SNL’s SMO Code, 14213.
- For access to Restricted Data (RD), DISS must show the CNWDI designation.
- If your site does not have access to DISS, your security office must send a completed DOE F 473.6, Request for Visit or Access Approval to incoming@sandia.gov or faxed to (505) 284-8812.
- For access to Restricted Data (RD), the DOE F 473.6, must show the CNWDI designation.
- NOTE: Interim SECRET or Interim TOP SECRET clearances will not be accepted.
