February 3, 2026 | The CMC, in partnership with Sandia National Laboratories’ National Security Speaker Series and its Security Studies Institute (S3i), welcomed Dr. Thomas Mahnken for a discussion on the challenges that the United States faces in the current environment, as well as how the United States and its allies can meet those challenges. He also discussed the role of nuclear weapons in U.S. and allied strategy as part of an integrated posture to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
