ASC Software Request

Overview

The following request form is for Government Use Only ASC software requests. The ASC Program is required to maintain detailed records of all ASC Software requests. Any request for ASC Software must be aligned with the goals of the US Government and the ASC Program, and the request must include a detailed specific business need related to US Government project(s) the software will support. If you are interested in more than one ASC software, a separate request must be filled out for each piece of software.

If you have questions please contact the appropriate manager for the ASC software you are interested in obtaining before submitting your request.

Please allow up to eight weeks to complete. Please email asc-approvals@sandia.gov if you have not heard after that time.

The requested technology has been identified as export controlled per the provisions of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR 120-130 administered by the U. S. Because of the restrictive nature of this software code, we are required to ask licensees to provide evidence of DoD Certification. Please provide a copy of the completed form.
