Getting Access

Domestic Private (e.g. Commercial) Organizations, U.S. Government/Contractors, U.S. Academic Institutions:

To request approval by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC):

  1. Fill out and sign this non-disclosure agreement and email it to safetycodes@nrc.gov.
  2. If approved by the NRC, your request will be sent to Sandia for approval and processing (this may take several weeks)

International Organizations

  1. Approval is provided through the Cooperative Severe Accident Research Program (CSARP)
  2. If approval by the CSARP, your request will be sent to Sandia for approval and processing (this may take several weeks)

Download and Licensing

  1. Once approved by Sandia, you will be given access to the download site where you will have to create a login account at https://snltransfer.sandia.gov/webclient/Login.xhtml
  2. After download and installation of the software, you will create a unique license request for each computer and email it to MLR@sandia.gov to get your license key. Licenses typically expire after one year, but may be shorter for special releases.
