National Diagnostics Working Group 2026

Meeting Overview

This year the National Diagnostics Working Group (NDWG) will be hosted by Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA).    The meeting will take place over three days on Tuesday, March 31, Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2, 2026. 

Important notes:

  • In-person only
  • If you have already registered previously, you DO NOT need to register again.
  • If you no longer plan to attend, please let us know so we can remove your registration.
  • For US-citizens, the registration deadline is March 1st, 2026.
  • All non-US citizens must register by February 1st, 2026.
  • Events on April 2nd will only be accessible to individuals with a DOE Q-clearance or equivalent. 
  • Display area for posters will be 36” (wide) x 48” (tall).  Larger sizes cannot be accommodated since posters will be displayed on easels holding cardboard backings provided by Sandia.

Day 1 (open session)  : March 31st – 9:00am to 5:00pm (MST)
Day 2 (open session)  : April 1st – 8:30am to 5:00pm (MST)
Day 3 (closed session) : April 2nd – 8:30am to 5:00pm (MST)

Directions/Locations

The main meeting site for Day 1 and 2 will be located at the Center for Global Security and Cooperation (10700 Research Rd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123).  This building is located near the badge office and just outside Kirtland Air Force Base Eubank gate. As mentioned above, the meeting location will change on Day 3 for the closed session.
