Visiting SNL/CA
We look forward to welcoming you to Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, California, Wednesday & Thursday, September 23-24, 2026.
- Please plan to arrive to our campus by 7:00-7:45a to allow sufficient time for badging (unless your HSPD-12 is already registered for SNL CA via https://www.energy.gov/nnsa/onennsaccess).
- Please ensure you bring photo identification:
- Non-US citizens: Passport and any appropriate supplementary documentation.
- US citizens: Unexpired physical REAL ID compliant identification will be required for badge issuance. Please reach out to the badge office at 925-294-1358 directly with questions about whether your identification is REAL ID compliant.
- Please retain your badge overnight, ensuring it is in your possession upon arrival on Thursday, 09/24. All badges will be collected upon Thursday’s event conclusion.
- Please ensure you bring photo identification:

- Rental vehicles and RideShares are both good options for arrival to/pickup from parking lot E1. For RideShares the GPS address is 1 Thunderbird Lane, Livermore, CA 94550, (accessing campus from Greenville Rd).
