RAD-TECH (Research Assured Design and Testing for Electronics and Computational Hardening) is a Laboratory Directed Research and Development (LDRD) Mission Campaign seeking to understand radiation failure mechanisms in state-of-the-art (SOTA) complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and non-volatile memory (NVM) technologies.
