Author guidelines
- Please keep abstracts to a single page
- Submissions should be a 200-400 word brief description of the work to be presented
- Optionally, include an image, plot, or data table as needed for context
- All submitted abstracts must be unclassified
Abstracts must undergo classification review prior to release and submission
(i.e. Information Release, or your site’s equivalent)
○ Note for US presenters – Abstracts marked CUI require transmissibility review.
○ Abstract submissions must be marked appropriately.

| Filename | Conference title, “polymac48”, followed by an underscore and site affiliation, underscore presentation type (oral or poster), underscore primary author’s last name. Example – “polymac48_SNL_oral_OBryan.docx” |
