Presentation Details

Oral Presentations

• Standard presentations will be 15 minutes long, we will allow 5 minutes for questions following your talk.
• Please provide presentations to your JOWOG 28 Site Representative in advance of the below deadlines, using Microsoft PowerPoint (must be .ppt or .pptx format).
  • The maximum file size must be less than 30 MB.
• Presentation Collection:
  • JOWOG 28 site representatives are asked to collate presentations from your site and submit them to the LLNL JOWOG 28 Microsoft Teams Channel (General>2026 PolyMAC>Oral Presentations) by no later than June 30^th, 2026.
  • Site reps please contact Greg O’Bryan and Jim McElhanon for classified presentation submission instructions.
• No removable electronic media will be allowed.

Poster Presentations

• For security reasons, all poster presentations will be unclassified.
• Posters must be in portrait orientation and be no larger than A0 (1189 x 841 mm, 46.8 x 33.1 in).
• Sandia will offer poster printing services on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you request Sandia to print your poster, please use our standard size of 40” x 30” (portrait orientation)
  • An electronic file of your poster (.pptx, .ppt, or .pdf) must be sent to Tiffany Varleta (tbinder@sandia.gov) and polymac2026@sandia.gov no later than June 15^th, 2026.
