OneNNSAccess – DOE NNSA
DOE and NNSA employees with an HSPD-12 badge traveling between eight NNSA sites can pre-register online at OneNNSAccess for physical access prior to their visit.
OneNNSAccess Labs, Plants, & Sites:
- Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC)
- Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL)
- Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL)
- Nevada National Security Site (NNSS)
- Pantex Plant (Pantex)
- Sandia National Laboratories (SNL)
- Savannah River Site (SRS)
- Y-12 National Security Complex (Y-12)
ONA/Access Sandia benefits
- Allows for online pre-registration or PIN reset for DOE colleagues.
- Permits valid access until the badge expires or certificates are updated.
- Colleagues already registered don’t need to re-register.
Access Sandia – DOE NON-NNSA
If you have your HSPD-12 and with DOE but are not employed by NNSA or your site is not listed above, you will need to register your badge through AccessSandia
To check your current status on AccessSandia, please e mail the badge office.
Do not have an HSPD-12
If you do not have a DOE HSPD-12 you will need to fill out the visitor badge request form.
The Sandia Badge Office will not accept the following identification documents:
- Temporary
- Digital
- Photo copies
- Marked “Void”
- Marked “Not for federal purposes” or “Federal limits apply.”

If you have a DOE issued HSPD-12 badge please bring your badge to the event.
A DOE security badge (i.e., DOE HSPD-12 credential or Sandia-issued Local Site Specific Only badge) is required for access to all Sandia-controlled premises.
