SITE ACCESS

Please check all that applies. This will determine if further coordination is needed to facilitate your attendance. If you do not possess any of the approved access badges, a team member will contact you for additional coordination.
Sandia Premises(Required)
For inclement weather, the event may take place in a Sandia Controlled Location and will require the appropriate access. Please identify which access you possess.
Kirtland AFB Entry(Required)
Because we reside in a military installation additional vetting is required by Kirtland AFB. Please identify which access you possess.
Sandia Bus Transportation (optional)(Required)
With limited parking at the construction site and to help facilitate your attendance, we are considering providing bus transportation from the new badging building, Sandia’s Resources for Visitors & Employees (SRVE), to the event. The bus would depart at 1:30 pm and return departure at 3:35 pm. However, we need a minimum of 7 participants to confirm this service. If you are interested in utilizing this transportation option, please indicate your interest here. If yes, additional information will be forthcoming.

Photo and Video Statement

By attending the event you grant permission for Sandia National Laboratories to use and publish your image or likeness (photographs and/or video recordings) collected in connection with the event for any usual and customary purpose of Sandia National Laboratories, including but not limited to, social media platforms, news articles, and other official publication, and communications. You also agree with the publication of your first name, last name and affiliation on the list of participants.
