The Power Sources Capability (PSC) Facility will consolidate multiple capabilities into a single, state-of-the-art location at Sandia National Labs in New Mexico. This facility will replace a 75-year-old building that can no longer support this critical national security capability, which includes advanced research and development, design, production, and surveillance. It will provide mission-critical power sources for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and other government and industry partners.
Designed as a robust and agile capability, the new PSC Facility will support a wide range of power source technologies across various lifecycle phases. It aims to accelerate technology maturation and innovation while fostering collaboration across the Nuclear Security Enterprise and with supply chain partners. Notably, this facility represents the largest capital construction investment at Sandia since the early 2000s, underscoring its vital role in strengthening our national security capabilities.
We kindly request that all guests register their attendance for the upcoming event. This will greatly assist the PSC Planning Committee in managing logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Thank you, and we look forward to your participation.
