12:30 p.m.- 1:20 p.m.
Guest arrival: For visitors without DOE HSPD-12 badge.

SNL/NM Badging: Visitors who do not possess an HSPD-12 badge are required to visit the Sandia Badging Office located at Sandia’s Resources for Visitors and Employees (SRVE) on the morning of the event to obtain a visitor badge. Please plan your arrival accordingly, as this process may take approximately 15-25 minutes to be seen by one of our Sandia Badging Specialists.

IMPORTANT:
To obtain a visitor badge, it is essential to coordinate in advance. By registering, you will notify your Sandia Point of Contact (POC) to assist you with this process

1:20 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Parking and Transportation:
(Departure time: SRVE-1:20 p.m. |Steve Schiff (NW side) – 1:30 p.m.. | Return time: 3:15 p.m.)

Due to limited parking at the event site, Sandia Transportation will provide shuttle services for guests at the  Sandia’s Resources for Visitors and Employees (SRVE) building and at the Steve Schiff (NW side) parking lot with a return trip scheduled at the end of the event.

Visitors without a DOE HSPD-12 badge and DBIDS card will be picked up at SRVE and placed on a Base Access List (BAL) for entry to Kirtland AFB.

Sandians and Kirtland AFB guests who prefer not to use Sandia Transportation are encouraged to carpool. For parking location at the site, please refer to the  “PSC Parking location.”
2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. PSC Beam Topping Ceremony:

The program will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m., please find your seat when you arrive. Opportunities for Photos and Networking will be at the conclusion of the event.

Photo Op #2: Beam Topping Participants
Photo Op #3: All others in attendance

3:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.Transportation:

Return back to Steve Schiff and SRVE.
*DBIDS: Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) card, a type of identification credential used by authorized personnel to gain access to Kirtland Air Force Base installation and facilities.
