(National Institute of Standards and Technology) Data tables for the 2025 edition of energy price indices and discount factors for performing life-cycle cost analyses of energy and water conservation and on-site energy generation projects in federal facilities. These data tables are associated with the 2025 release of the Annual Supplement to NIST Handbook 135 (HB 135, Life-Cycle Costing Manual for the Federal Energy Management Program). Note: Use Version 2 of this data release, which includes a correction in the UPV calculations that exists in the original release.
