The Grid of the Future is a one-day workshop to discuss a resilient grid for the 21st and 22nd centuries.
This workshop gathers experts from various fields to explore the electric power grid of the future, with an emphasis on improving resilience. Co-sponsored by the Albuquerque IEEE Section, the University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, and the Santa Fe Institute, the workshop will discuss radical changes to the grid occurring over the next 25-50 years and the role of resilience. In addition, the workshop will feature presentations from invited speakers on multiple grid-of-the-future topics.
