As negotiations entered their second week, discussions continued to be productive. In the morning, MTC negotiators made a proposal on work schedules, and Sandia negotiators offered proposals on benefits. In the afternoon, Sandia gave the MTC team a presentation and answered the union’s questions on proposed changes to sick leave and personal time. Negotiations will continue Tuesday.
