Sandia and the MTC began contract negotiations today, quickly reaching tentative agreements on 14 articles and setting the groundwork for talks going forward. The tone of negotiations was positive and productive as the parties established ground rules reiterating the need to follow established COVID-19 protocols for in-person bargaining sessions. The talks today set a good foundation for continuing talks Wednesday, and Sandia is looking forward to further productive sessions toward reaching an agreement.
