Image of USSTRATCOM commander visits Sandia — STRATCOM VISIT — Sandia hosted the commander of U.S. Strategic Command, Adm. Charles Richard, on Jan. 10. During his visit, Richard toured the Labs, met with Labs Director James Peery and associate labs directors and addressed the workforce. During his speech, he thanked Sandia for its work on the B61-12 and W88 ALT 370, which recently marked their first production unit milestones. “When I say there are things that make me proud to be an American, the national labs are at the top of the list,” Richard said.
