Visitor Badge Request Form

The Visitor Badge Request Form must be received by April 29, 2024.

Badging Information

Please bring your DOE HSPD-12 badge to the event.

Note: All attendees are required to obtain a pin at the SNL Badge Office prior to event start time. The Badge Office hours are: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. MT. We recommend visiting the Badge Office on Monday, May 20th to avoid long wait times.

Note: If you do not have a DOE HSPD-12 badge, please fill out the Visitor Badge Request Form. Also, you must have your state-issued driver’s license or ID card by REAL ID compliant states in order to receive your visitor badge. Uncleared individuals must be escorted at all times within Building 905. Escorts will be available at Building 905 North Entrance prior to the start of each day.

Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS)

Holders of DOE HSPD-12 badges are still required to register their badges in the DBIDS system. Unregistered/DBIDS-expired credentials risk being rejected at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) entry points.

For this event, SNL is creating a DBIDS Group Base Access List to ease entry to KAFB. Please submit your Visitor Badge Request Form by April 29, 2024 to be included on the list. Attendees will need to enter KAFB via the Eubank Gate.

The DEADLINE for early DBIDS registration is April 29, 2024. After this date, any attendees not already registered in DBIDS must do so in person at the DBIDS Office located in IPOC.
