The C4 Partnering Model seeks to increase cross-sector collaboration and rapid technology development, decreasing a technology’s time-to-market and enabling a strong regional manufacturing and commercialization ecosystem. C4 is supported by the Department of Energy’s Technology Commercialization Fund.
