Skype Instructions

Plenary sessions will be held virtually on Skype, using the Skype “Large Meeting” format; this format is intended to support large amounts of participants and be a mostly one-way meeting. This means: • As Attendees you only see Presenters, and do not see the Attendees on the participant list• As Attendees you are muted (and not able to unmute); the moderators may unmute the audience during themeeting – at that time, you will be able to unmute yourselfAll presenters must be connected to the meeting through their PC or laptop – dialed-inpresenters will not be able to unmuteQuestions must be submitted using the Chat feature Break-out sessions will be held virtually on Skype, using the standard format. The moderators will beable to assign Attendees as Presenters to enable screen sharing as appropriate.
