Biography
Dr. Ruby E. Booth is a cybersecurity researcher specializing in the interaction between human motivation and infosec decision making. She has an Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in MIS. Ruby is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, Livermore where she serves as a National Security systems analyst and cybersecurity subject matter expert. There she analyses the cybersecurity aspects of national security challenges to improve overall US and global safety, stability, and security.
