Biography

Ms. Lynn Yang leads a systems analysis group at Sandia National Labs, California, which is focused on national security issues including cybersecurity and climate change. Ms. Yang helps lead Sandia’s experimental wargaming portfolio. She has worked on risk modeling and analysis projects for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and other federal departments and agencies, for 2 decades. Ms. Yang holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
