What you need to know
Sandia’s ePerformance application supports our performance management process.
It’s available to
- Regular, non-represented employees
- Regular, represented employees (replaces the paper REPEP form)
- Foreign National Interim Technical Staff (FNITS)
You and your manager use ePerformance to establish your goals and assignments and keep track of and assess your progress and accomplishments.
