The following survey is intended to assess your institution’s pathogen sample management processes including sample inventory, sample handling, sample retention, sample transport, and disposal.
Results of this survey are intended to provide useful information regarding your institutions rapid pathogen inactivation process capabilities in support of developing institutional policy.
You were selected to take this survey because you were designated as a person in charge of managing biosafety and biosecurity in your institution. Participation in this survey is voluntary and your answers will be completely confidential.
The survey consists of 17 questions and will take approximately 30-45 minutes of your time to complete. Responses will only be utilized for your individual institutions development of rapid pathogen inactivation policy development.
