Summary: Thermal conductivity computed from volume average of species thermal conductivities.
Description: $k = \frac{ \sum_{i \in \text{species}} \left[\text{clip}(X_i) k_i\right]}{\sum_{i \in \text{species}} \text{clip}(X_i)}$

where $X_i$ is the volume fraction of species $i$ , $k_i$ the conductivity of species i and the $\text{clip}()$ function clips values to the bounds [0, 1].
