Summary: Normalized mass average of species specific heats.
Description: $c_p = \frac{ \sum_{i \in \text{species}} \left[\text{clip}(Y_i) c_{p, i}\right]}{\sum_{i \in \text{species}} \text{clip}(Y_i)}$

where $Y_i$ is the mass fraction of species $i$ , $c_{p, i}$ the specific heat of species i and the $\text{clip}()$ function clips values to the bounds [0, 1].
