Description

Heat conduction is calculated as

${\bf{q}} = (1-H(\phi)){\bf{q}}_{A} + H(\phi){\bf{q}}_{B}$

where $H(\phi)$ is the Heaviside function based on the level set variable $\phi$ , ${\bf{q}}_{A}$ is the heat conduction in phase A, and ${\bf{q}}_{B}$ is the heat conduction in phase B
