Description

Does a tensor transformation U^{'} = R^T U R where R is an orthogonal rotation matrix and U is a tensor. If multiple rotation matrices are provided e.g. R ="Rz Ry Rx", then the rotations will be applied in order, e.g. R = R_xR_yR_z.
