Compute density from MMP model

Description

Computes the density form the MMP model, evaluated as \rho = \rho_{go}(\frac{{r_{o}}}{r})^3 + \rho_{co}(1-S_f)(\frac{(b_{o})^3-(r_o)^3}{(r^3)}). Here, \rho_{go} is the initial gas density, r_{o} is the initial pore radius, r is the current defect radius, \rho_{co} is the initial condensed density, S_{f} is the normalized solid mass fraction and b_{0} is the initial half distance between pores. The defect radius r incorporates both chemical decomposition and mechanical distortion
