Summary

Applies a contact heat flux of the form h (T - T_{opp}) to ONLY the side of the contact interface containing an ENERGY equation, where h is the gap conductance coefficient defined for the surface material and the material phase of T_{opp} is optionally specified. Used in conjunction with a CONTACT_RESISTANCE_FROM_ENERGY model on porous enthalpy.
