Tensor thermal conductivity scaling for bulk material. Nominally this returns k = k_{ref} \left( \frac{T}{T_ref} \right)^n. If you provide expressions for BULK_DENSITY and SOLID_DENSITY this is also scaled by the ratio of SOLID_DENSITY/BULK_DENSITY
