Summary: Half distance between neighboring pores computed by the MMP model.
Description: The half distance between pore defects $B$ computed in as $B = (1+u_{T})r_{decomp}$ where $u_{T}$ is a displacement field from a thermally induced strain. This displacement field is computed from the MMP model when computing the pore defect radius
