Summary: Compute density from MMP model
Description: Computes the density form the MMP model, evaluated as $\rho = \rho_{go}(\frac{{r_{o}}}{r})^3 + \rho_{co}(1-S_f)(\frac{(b_{o})^3-(r_o)^3}{(r^3)})$ . Here, $\rho_{go}$ is the initial gas density, $r_{o}$ is the initial pore radius, $r$ is the current defect radius, $\rho_{co}$ is the initial condensed density, $S_{f}$ is the normalized solid mass fraction and $b_{0}$ is the initial half distance between pores. The defect radius $r$ incorporates both chemical decomposition and mechanical distortion
