The following sentence in the paper is erroneous: 
``We utilize the VoroCrust method for surface reconstruction using Voronoi cells (Mahmoud et al., 2015).''
That was the intention at the time of the first draft, but it was never done.
Instead we created a new advancing-front surface reconstruction algorithm based on the particular form of this data, then used Cubit to create coarser triangular meshes of these surfaces, and volumetric tetrahedral meshes of the inter-surface spaces.
