Energy storage adds to the surety model: safety, security, reliability, sustainability, and resilience. This workshop is part of a continuum to understand and address technical, regulatory and financial realities of advancing electrical energy storage for various grid configurations, marking the next phase in a fast-growing market. Sandia National Laboratories, under the guidance of the Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity is excited to assist with this workshop as part of our work in the transformation to a smarter electricity grid.
