We have negotiated a rate of $85.00 per night per room. Reference the SOS7 Workshop to receive the discounted rate. The discounted rate cannot be guaranteed after the reservations deadline. The Lodge has extended the $85.00 rate for early arrival the weekend before the workshop and late departure the weekend after the workshop. Cancellations made after February 5th will result in the forfeiture of one night’s deposit.

We will begin with an (optional) Buffet Reception from 5:30 – 8:30 pm on Monday, March 3, 2003. Workshop days are March 4, 5 and 6.

GUESTS: For planning purposes let the Lodge know if your guest(s) will be joining us for meals. Costs for meals are $10.50 for breakfast and $25.00 for dinner, plus gratuity and tax. Guest meals will be at an additional cost to you and may be paid for at the workshop. Notify the Lodge of any cancellations before February 5. Let the Lodge know ages of children so that we can plan activities for them during the workshop.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: Let the Lodge know if you require any special accommodations, services or special diet requests (vegetarian).

TRAVEL: Direct flights to Durango (DRO) are available from Denver (DEN), Houston (IAH), Albuquerque (ABQ) and Phoenix (PHX). A shuttle between DRO and the resort or from Albuquerque can be arranged by contacting the Lodge. You will not need a car during the workshop, as the Lodge will provide complimentary shuttle service. If you prefer to drive, the trip from Albuquerque to Durango takes 3.5 hours.

WEATHER: The temperature in Durango in March ranges from an average low of 22°F to an average high of 51°F. Altitude is nearly 9000 ft.
